We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with exceptional service and high-quality products. However, we would like to remind all our customers that once a design test stitch or mock has been approved, we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds. If you choose to proceed, please know that stitch outcomes vastly differ between fabrics, and we will always provide recommendations to best suited products for your design. If you chose to proceed with an item outside of our recommendations, we cannot promise the results will hold to the same standard. With that said, we will prep your fabric per our best judgment and knowledge to ensure a clean and crisp stitch-out.

Delivery Policy

All orders will be delivered by the date provided for customer completion. We work hard to deliver all goods by your desired date. Products are shipped through UPS, or available for pickup from one of our drop box locations.
